These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Owee educational app and website (the "Service"), operated by Realtime Tech Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Description of Service

Owee is an educational application designed for children aged 5-10. The Service provides:

• Interactive educational quizzes across various subjects
• AI-guided learning support through our Owee character
• Progress tracking and visual achievement systems
• Parent dashboard for monitoring children's learning
• Customisable learning subjects and settings

Age Requirements

The Service is intended for use by children aged 5-10 under parental supervision. To create an account and use the Service:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account
• You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child using the Service
• You must provide verifiable parental consent before your child can access the Service

Parental Responsibility

As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for:

• Supervising your child's use of the Service as appropriate
• Ensuring the accuracy of information provided in your child's profile
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your child uses the Service in accordance with these Terms

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription and Payments

Free and Premium Content

Owee offers both free and premium content:

• Free subjects: Science, Geography, and Animals and Nature are available to all users
• Premium subjects: Additional subjects require a paid subscription

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the App Store

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the refund policies of the platform through which you purchased the subscription (Apple App Store or our website). Contact us at support@owee.world for assistance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Transmit any harmful code or malware
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Realtime Tech Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission. Owee™ and the Owee owl character are trademarks of Realtime Tech Ltd. Registration pending.

Educational Content

While we strive to provide accurate and educational content, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the educational material. The Service is designed to supplement, not replace, formal education.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALTIME TECH LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realtime Tech Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
